Application
We design special structure for different occasion to directly measure the temperature of liquid, vapor, gas or solid surface ranging from -200 to 1600 .

Operation Theory
Thermocouple electrodes are made of two different materials. Temperature difference between measuring end and reference end results in pyroelectric potential, then display meter indicates the corresponding temperature to the pyroelectric potential.
It is based on that material temperature change results in change of its resistance. When resistance value changes, the working instrument will display relevant temperature.

Nominal Pressure
It generally refers to sustainable static pressure on protection tube from outside without breakage. It concerns not only material, diameter, wall thickness of protection tube, but structure and mounting way of the tube, flow speed and category of tested media as well.

Insulation Resistance at Normal Temperature

The insulation resistance between electrode and protection tube of the thermocouple shall be no less than 1000MW.m under condition that evironment temperature is 20 15 , relative humidity is no more than 80%, and test voltage is D.C.500 50V.
The insulation resistance between electrode and protection tube of thermal resistance shall be no less than 100M under condition that evironment temperature is 15 35 , relative humidity is no more than 80%, and testing voltage is D.C.10~100V.
